Aischa Daughtery is an English Literature and Sociology student, essayist and poet based in Glasgow. Her work explores issues of sexuality, gender politics, current affairs and personal experience, and has been published in journals and magazines such as Adjacent Pineapple, She is Fierce, qmunicreate and PURCULTURE. Her recent project, ‘Queer Theory,’ is a quarterly online journal where creative, LGBTQIA+ folks can contribute artistic work to a digital time-capsule documenting the queer experience in the 21st century.
